At Xlozaringhelroxx, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of KineticLife. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process. This Return Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
- Products must be unopened and in their original, sealed packaging
- Products must be in their original condition with all labels and seals intact
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
Please note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless the product is defective or not as described.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened, used, or have broken seals
- Products damaged due to customer misuse, neglect, or improper storage
- Products purchased more than 30 days ago (unless defective)
- Products marked as final sale or clearance
4. Defective or Incorrect Products

- Step 6: Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number for your records
Important: Please do not send returns without first contacting us for authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
6. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
- You received the wrong product
- The product does not match its description on our website
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items of value. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
7. Refund Process
